Summary
I have been working in the film industry for more than 20 years, contributing to the production of more than ten animated feature films. Throughout my career I have been closely involved in shaping the final visual look of animated productions, with a strong focus on lighting and shading.
Most recently, I worked as a Key Lighting Artist at Illumination Studios Paris, contributing to the lighting of the upcoming sequel in the Mario animated franchise.
During my time at Illumination Entertainment, I have worked on several major animated productions including The Grinch, the Despicable Me franchise, The Secret Life of Pets, and both films of the Sing franchise (Sing and Sing 2).
Earlier in my career, I worked as Lead Lighter at Lightbox Entertainment (Madrid) on the animated feature Capture the Flag.
Originally trained in computer science, I combine a strong technical background with a highly developed artistic sensibility, allowing me to bridge the gap between technology and visual storytelling in animated filmmaking.
